I have been working for ARC for 6 years now and in that time have been supported at every step to progress in my career with various opportunities and the necessary support to achieve these. Most recently I have been promoted to General Manager of Hereford Racecourse which is an incredibly exciting opportunity. The support not only from your own team but also that of other courses and centrally means you always feel like you have someone to go to with questions, ideas or assistance.
