We are looking for a Part Time Chef to join our kitchen team at Central Park Greyhound Stadium, working 32 hours per week over 4 days.
No two days are the same. From racing and hospitality events, you'll help prepare and deliver quality food while working as part of a supportive and experienced team.
What you'll be doing:
- Preparing and cooking food to a high standard
- Supporting food service during race meetings and events
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting with stock control and reducing waste
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver a great customer experience
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen
- Passion for quality food and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A positive attitude and team-focused approach
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
