Lingfield Park Resort is looking for an experienced and professional Night Senior Supervisor to join our Front Office team.
This is a key overnight role responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel during night shifts, ensuring exceptional guest service standards are maintained, and supporting the wider hotel operation out of hours.
The successful candidate must have previous experience using Opera PMS, as this is essential for the role.
Main Responsibilities- Overseeing the hotel operation during night shifts and acting as the senior point of contact on site
- Delivering a high standard of guest service and ensuring a positive guest experience at all times
- Managing late check-ins, early departures, guest enquiries, and complaints professionally
- Completing night audit procedures accurately using Opera PMS
- Preparing daily reports and ensuring all financial procedures are completed correctly
- Supervising and supporting the night team during shifts
- Ensuring hotel security procedures are followed and maintaining a safe environment for guests and staff
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations
- Handling emergency situations calmly and professionally when required
- Ensuring Marriott and company standards are consistently maintained
- Previous hotel Front Office experience
- Strong working knowledge of Opera PMS (essential)
- Previous supervisory experience within hospitality
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently during overnight shifts
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and manner
