We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Food & Beverage Manager to lead the full F&B operation across our hotel. Reporting into senior management, you will drive performance, maximise revenue, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Marriott brand standards.

The Role

You will oversee all Front of House food and beverage operations, ensuring high service standards across the Restaurant, Bar and Golf Bar. This is a hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for team performance, commercial results, compliance, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily F&B operations and lead the Front of House team
  • Drive revenue growth through effective planning, promotions, and cost control
  • Develop and motivate the team through training and performance management
  • Maintain exceptional customer service standards
  • Oversee rotas, stock control, financial reporting, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, and HACCP regulations
  • Support events delivery and work closely with suppliers and stakeholders

  • Proven experience in a Food & Beverage management role
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial management skills
  • Inspirational leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
