Brighton Racecourse is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable and driven Catering Manager to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead catering operations at one of our vibrant racing venues, delivering exceptional food, service and customer experiences.
About You
The ideal Catering Manager will:
- Have proven management experience within a high-end food and beverage, hospitality or restaurant environment
- Possess strong knowledge of licensing requirements, food hygiene and health & safety legislation, with the ability to implement best practice
- Hold a Personal Licence (desirable)
- Be customer-focused, with a passion for delivering outstanding service
- Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills
- Be commercially aware, with the ability to maximise sales opportunities and identify operational improvements
- Drive high operational standards, championing attention to detail and exceeding customer expectations
- Be IT proficient, including Microsoft Office, stock management and EPOS systems
- Have a positive, approachable and professional manner
- Be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
