Responsibilities
- Support the Grounds Manager in delivering year-round track maintenance programs.
- Prepare and maintain the racing surface before and during race and trial meetings using tractors and specialist machinery.
- Maintain all external areas, including grass, car parks, and public-facing spaces, ensuring cleanliness and presentation at all times.
- Assist in the maintenance and testing of track and kennel equipment.
- Uphold health and safety practices and ensure compliance with GBGB rules.
- Collaborate closely with racing, kennels, and officials to support smooth race meetings.
- Promote and prioritise greyhound welfare in all duties.
