What You’ll Be Doing:
As our Catering Supervisor, you’ll take the lead in ensuring smooth, high-quality food and beverage service across our catering outlets. You’ll support the General Manager and be hands-on in everything from planning events to supervising daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading catering operations for race days and special events
- Supporting and motivating your team to deliver top-notch service
- Managing stock levels, rotas, and event forecasting
- Maintaining food safety, allergen awareness, and hygiene standards
- Providing excellent customer service and creating memorable guest experiences
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to lead a team with energy and enthusiasm. Ideally, you will have:
- A valid Food Hygiene qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in food handling and preparation
- Confidence in supervising others and managing rotas
- A calm, can-do attitude under pressure
- A passion for great service and customer satisfaction
