We’re on the lookout for a Regional HR Officer to join our dynamic team of eight—a group of innovative, supportive, and people-focused professionals who love what they do. If you're passionate about HR, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to be part of a team that’s always pushing boundaries, we’d love to hear from you!  You will be based at Wolverhampton Racecourse and be responsible for the HR remit across 5 sites within our portfolio.  The wider HR team are geographically dispersed across our sites but collaboration with the team is regular.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • HR Admin & Compliance – Keep our HR database up to date, manage employee records, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding – Help attract top talent by crafting engaging job ads, managing applications, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
  • Performance & Development – Support managers with appraisals, training bookings, and employee development initiatives.
  • Engagement & Culture – Be at the heart of employee engagement, team activities, and communication strategies that make our workplace amazing.
  • HR Support – Assist with payroll, track holidays and absences, and ensure compliance with GDPR and employment regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Experience – 3+ years in an admin role (HR experience a bonus!).
Qualifications – CIPD Level 3 or working towards it.
Tech-Savvy – Confident using MS Office and HR systems.
Skills – Organised, detail-oriented, and great at juggling multiple tasks.
Personality – A people-person who’s proactive, collaborative, and thrives under pressure.
