About the role:

The Sales Revenue Coordinator is to provide support and assistance to the Sales Hub on a day-to-day basis. Produce financial information as and when requested, working closely with the Commercial teams and to also assist in the financial controls of the venues and supporting the customers with accounts and invoicing support.

Key responsibilities for the Sales Revenue Coordinator role will include but not limited to:

  • Manage bookings and corresponding required customer payments and credit checks ensuring financial compliance with payment terms.
  • Credit Control – Chase up customers who have failed to meet the agreed payment terms.
  • Produce a weekly debtor’s report for both the venue FC and Commercial Team’s.
  • Ensure accuracy of rate and packages through all systems.
  • Post daily received BACS and cheque payments, ensuring these are correctly allocated and reconciled across all systems.
  • Issue refunds & credit notes in an appropriate time frame ensuring accuracy of actual sales data, when relevant criteria is met (ie, Race meet abandoned, etc).
  • Assist with the Central Finance Team

The person we are looking for as an Sales Revenue Coordinator has…

  • Experience within a Sales Revenue/similar Finance role
  • Worked within an office environment and can use Microsoft office (Outlook) & CRM systems
  • GCSE or equivalent in Math and English
  • Relentlessly positive attitude and highly driven
  • Ability to work under pressure, on own initiative and be an excellent communicator.
