Join us at Lingfield Park for an apprenticeship and on the job learning leading to a permanent employed position in any of the following areas!
- Maintenance - supporting with general day-to-day maintenance required to keep a range of our buildings and facilities in a good state of repair.
- Administration - assist in the general commercial and administration activities across the racecourse business working with the regional sales hub, on-site delivery team and clients.
- Hotel - learn to work in a number of areas in hospitality including food and beverage service, food preparation, guest services, reception and conference and banqueting.
- Estates - learn to cut and repair the greens and fairways and/or learn to prepare and present the turf and all-weather course surfaces, stables, estates grounds, gardens and other facilities.
No prior experience or qualifications needed, just a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
You'll earn a starting salary of £18,000 per year and enjoy fantastic work perks.
