ARC is the largest racecourse group in the UK, where we race almost every day of the year! We focus on providing wonderful experiences for raceday visitors, corporate clients and families looking to enjoy our diverse venues.

After a very successful year in 2021, we are now looking for additional workers to join our team for 2022 and beyond. We value the contribution of all our workers as they are the people who turn our customer experiences from being great to being fantastic!

 

We engage with workers in the following positions:

  • Car Parking Stewards
  • Gate & Barrier Stewards

 

  • Ticket and race card sellers
  • Safety stewards

 

Customer service is an important element of the duties of a Steward, as they are often the first and last representatives of the ARC racecourse that customers meet during their day at the races. Workers should enjoy interacting with customers; greeting customers upon arrival, helping them to locate the entrances, bidding farewell to customers and informing them of future racedays.
