Hotel Receptionist - Lingfield Park Marriott

Lingfield Park Marriott Hotel are on the search for a Receptionist to join the team at our beautiful resort on the site of Lingfield Park Marriott. 

Set in picturesque village of Lingfield, the venue is part of Arena Racing Company's vast portfolio of properties, and there's never been a better time to join. 

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, and in their absence the Front Officer Supervisor, the Front Office Associate will be required to provide an efficient reception service, ensuring high quality customer care and satisfaction is delivered at all times. Ensuring the Front Office Department operates within the brand standard guidelines.

The person we are looking for has…..

  • Opera Front Office PMS experience.
  • Marsha, the global reservations system experience.
  • High level of interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience in a pressured environment.
  • Customer service focused (internal and external)
  • Flexible

 

You will be responsible for assisting with..

  • Welcoming all guests in a hospitable and efficient manner.
  • Ensuring the Front Office Department operates within the brand standard guidelines, utilising SOP manuals.
  • Providing a consistently high level of customer care at all times.
  • Ensuring an efficient check in, check out process and room account settlements are performed to the brand requirements.
  • All guests’ requests and preferences are logged and acted upon within a timely manner.
  • Alongside this you will..

  • Report all guest feedback via GSS and to relevant personnel.
  • Adhere to relevant health and safety procedures, including the hotel fire panel. To undergo training in all fire and security measures every quarter.
