As the Sous Chef you will ensure that the production of food is completed to the highest of standard. You will show commercial awareness in order to continuously drive the business forward. Alongside this you will develop skills and maximise performance through coaching of individual team members. You will ensure liaison with all relevant departments is delivered to correct deadlines, thus guaranteeing high quality of service and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

  • GCSE Grade C (equivalent) or above in Maths and English
  • NVQ Level 3 food preparation (or equivalent)
  • Level Food Safety Certificate (or equivalent)
  • Computer literate
  • Proven track record and experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of Food and Beverage service and commodities
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Exceptional communication
  • Excellent customer service and very customer focused
  • Friendly and Approachable nature
  • Able to work individually and as part of a Team
