Royal Windsor Racecourse part of Arena Racing Company (ARC) is looking for a Customer Service Executive to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a customer service background who is looking to gain knowledge and experience across a variety of departments.

What will you be doing?

The Customer Service Executive role is influential for all aspects of the business. To offer support to the management team and the wider team when required. You will assist in maintaining efficient systems within the Racecourse Office and will develop knowledge of the horse racing industry, becoming part of the racing team on race days. You will be involved in ticket sales, via phone and internet, overseeing reception, liaising with customers and clients, assist in marketing projects and ad hoc administrative duties. High levels of commitment and responsibility will be required in order to meet and surpass performance targets. The successful candidate will be proactive, accurate and highly motivated with a positive attitude towards work. The candidate should also possess significant experience in customer service.
