Role Overview

We’re recruiting for a Mid-weight Graphic Designer with After Effects/Video Experience to join our creative team. Reporting to the Head of Design and working with other designers to provide design support across the full ARC group. Our Mid-weight Designer will be required to create engaging and impactful work across all platforms (Print & Digital). An amazing opportunity that allows you to bring your creatives to life from concept to completion.

  • Working with the creative team to produce high quality design work for the wider business across a variety of projects. Work will vary from large creative projects, to day-to-day tasks with the same standards of delivery applied consistently. The same is true about the different mediums you will design for, and you should be comfortable taking a project from beginning to end, making it print ready or pixel perfect.
  • Provide integrated creative output across video, email, social, publications, signage, large-format, retail, advertising, packaging etc.
  • Ensure all briefs are responded to in a timely and effective manner and provide regular communication to the Head of Design regarding workloads and solutions to streamline our outputs.


Person Specification

  • Must have working experience on motion and video graphics e.g. within After Effects and Premier Pro
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign producing both print and digital.
  • Educated to degree standard, preferably in a relevant academic discipline.
  • Degree or HND in graphic design and other relevant subjects is desirable.
  • Ideally minimum of 3-4 years commercial experience (creative industry). Agency or In-house graphics/motion designer in a similar Mid-weight Graphic/Motion Designer role (agency/production environment)
