You will be responsible for..
Developing, leading and managing a motivated, trained team with the appropriate skills to deliver exceptional service to our clients and guests. Working closely with the regional head chefs and venue-based head chefs to deliver best in class culinary experiences to all our guests throughout the venue. All whilst maintaining a key focus on HSE, food safety, our people and our budget.The person we are looking for has..• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Hotel Head chef (sub 100 rooms) or as Senior Sous chef (Plus 100 rooms)• Previous experience in a similar role in a branded high quality hotel• Experience working in a high volume/high quality environment of a similar nature. • Intermediate food hygiene certificate or equivalent.• Excellent financial acumen.• Highly flexible attitude to role.• IT literate. – With an understanding of digital purchasing systems, nutritional & allergen programs• Strong communication skills – able to communicate at all levels.• Strong organisational skills.• Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines.• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of allergens, food safety and hygiene, health and safety, COSHH, HACCP, RIDDOR, and relevant audits, EHO etc
