Recruitment and Training Manager

We are looking for a talented recruitment and staff development specialist to shape and oversee our our practices, sysyems and procedures with regards to the engagment of over 3000 staff across multiple departments, including; catering, operations and security.

You will be someone who has a proven track record of knowing what it takes to attract new candidates and devising a strategy to attract high-calibrate staff to the Team. Further, you will develop their induction journey and ongoing development according to their training pathway. You will lead and inspire a team to support with this, including a number of Regional Staffing Managers across the country.

It’s a tough recruitment environment out there, so you’ll need to be dynamic and innovative, instinctive and opportunistic. We like new ideas and fresh approaches - you will have both in abundance.

Good recruitment attracts staff, but only good management keeps them. So you will work closely with all senior managers and the HR Team to create a best-in-class on boarding, induction and training and development strategy. We are investing in new technologies to support with this and you will join at a critical time in the development of our Application Tracking System and procurement of a new training portal
