We currently have an excellent opportunity for casual chefs to join our team at Southwell Racecourse.

Ideal candidates will have

·At least two years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment

·Ability to work unsupervised and deliver quality work

·Ability to produce good quality food

·Knowledge of Health and Safety, HACCP and allergen reporting

·Food Safety Level 2 Certification (or equivalent)

·Good oral communication

·High level of attention to detail

·Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge plus those around you

·Adaptability to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes

·Able to self-organise and work cleanly in a small kitchen environment

·Positive and approachable manner

·Team player qualities

This is a casual role but due to the nature of the business there would be regular shifts available.

There is also the opportunity to work at other sites within the arc group.
